Reasons Why Homes are Reduced in Price:

The home may be highly over priced
The condition or appearance of the home does not warrent the current pricing
The home has come back on the market because it did not appraise.
The home buyer in a previous offer could not get financing or has lost a job.
The seller’s motivation to sell has changed.
